What we collect

We collect anonymised, aggregated data about the types of questions asked. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or any information that could identify you personally.

When you complete the short profile form before using the chat, we collect: your sector, district, employment type, gender, and age range. These are stored without any link to your identity.

How compliance data is used

Anonymised aggregate data is shared with MIFOTRA and development sector partners to help understand labour law compliance across Rwanda. The data shows trends — which rights violations are most common, and where — never individual conversations or identities. No individual is ever identifiable in this data.

Session data

During an active conversation, we temporarily hold your messages to provide a coherent response. This data is deleted within 24 hours of your last message.
